Build the website and set the place up for free; pay when you want to take bookings. Nothing you have entered disappears while the account is open — and if you stop, you have 30 days to take your data with you (§6.3 of the terms).

A website alone costs €800–2,000 at an agency. Here it comes with the subscription — bookings, calendar and front desk included.

Net prices — VAT added separately. Valid EU VAT ID: 0% (reverse charge). Without a confirmed EU VAT ID we bill in PLN with 23% Polish VAT.

You create the account yourself and the panel opens at once. No trial period and no card to begin with - bookings start when you choose a plan. Cautious? Take a single month; you can cancel it whenever you like.

Never a commission on your bookings - on any plan. Prices are net - VAT is added on the invoice. Online guest payments (cards, BLIK, Przelewy24) go into YOUR own Przelewy24 account - we take no cut. Lodvena runs as a public beta: features may change, and the Service carries no guaranteed service level (SLA) - §2 of the terms.

How we count

Simple: the plan price plus a rate per room or apartment (a unit). No commission on bookings, no setup fees, no per-portal surcharges. You pay for what you have - not for what you sell.

Questions

Do I need my own domain?: No. Your site goes live immediately at an address in our domain. Connect your own (yourvilla.com) whenever you like — we help with DNS.
Can I sync with Booking.com and Airbnb?: Yes, two ways. The Website plan syncs via iCal: blocked dates flow both ways, but without guest details and with a 1–4 hour refresh. Plans with Channels get full two-way API sync — rates, availability and bookings with guest details reach Lodvena in real time.
Can guests pay online?: Yes. You connect your own Przelewy24 account (cards, BLIK, instant transfers) and the money goes straight to you - not through us, and with no commission of ours. Send the guest a payment link and the booking records the payment itself.
Does the site speak English and Polish?: Yes. Write in your language, add translations beside the original — guests switch with one click, and anything untranslated shows the original.
What can I do before I pick a plan?: Everything except take bookings: open the account, build the website, add your rooms and your prices. Nothing is charged. Until a plan is paid for, the booking button stays off and two staff accounts stay active; after the agreement ends you have 30 days to download your data (§6.3 and §7 of the terms).
